The Florida Public Pension Trustees Association is asking for contributions to its Relief Fund for the fallen public employees who gave their lives in the line of duty during 2010 to date. This fund covers police officers, firefighters, paramedics and general employees.

An account has been set up at the Prime Meridian Bank, Post Office Box 13269, Tallahassee, FL 32317. You may send contributions to the bank directly or to FPPTA, 2946 Wellington Circle East, Tallahassee, FL 32309. Checks should be made out to FPPTA Relief Fund.

Contributions to the Relief Fund also come from the FPPTA Family Fishing Tournament and the FPPTA Associate Members Golf Classic. The fund is overseen by an appointed board of FPPTA members.
